Douar Samra is in Tamatert, the first village after Imlil. It is about five minutes by car from Imlil, followed by an easy five-minute walk from the upper side of the village to the house.

~5 min by roadFrom Imlil, the road continues to Tamatert, the first village after Imlil. You can easily drive to the upper entrance of the village and park there.

~5 min on footFrom the road, a short path leads down through the authentic Berber village to Douar Samra. Our team or a donkey will gladly help with your luggage.

Altitude
The house sits at 1,800 m, in Toubkal National Park. Bring a warm layer, even in summer.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes are all you need for the short five-minute path down into the village.

Parking is available above Tamatert and is easily reached by car. We send you the exact meeting point before arrival.
